Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- It can take up to 2 weeks to pack and ship your order. We usually ship much faster than that, depending how busy we are. (Please let us know if you need the orders quicker, and we'll do what we can)

We try to ship domestic orders through USPS First Class and Priority Mail, which will leave a tracking number on your order once shipped. Overseas orders are sent USPS First Class International. Sometimes, we use FedEx or UPS as well for domestic orders, and will request a tracking number for those as well. You should receive an email with your tracking number when this happens.

Art pieces are packaged up to the best of our ability using recyclable materials. Be careful when removing your piece as it may have been jostled during delivery. Try not to pull pieces up by their cord, but instead by the frame of the piece.

If multiple orders are made in the same period of time, we will try and combine them in the same shipment and can offer refunds on the excess shipping charges.

Out-of-Stock Products

Out-of-Stock items may become available again if there is any extra inventory. In dealing with limited edition art, once a product is removed from the Shop, there's a good chance it is Sold Out and will not become available again.


We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective or damaged for 30 days from the date of purchase. In cases when we are Out of Stock of a returned product, we may have to offer a refund for the returned product. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.


Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address, and a phone number. We use this information to process your orders. The orders are brought through a secure connection through Stripe.com where you're putting this information in. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Light Stuff LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
